Do you want to shape the future of manufacturing and lead the engineering agenda in a complex, international environment? We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Manager Initiatives who wants to make a real impact. In this key leadership role, you will be at the heart of our factory’s future development, leading our Engineering organization while driving strategic investments, new technologies and continuous improvement across the site. You will have the opportunity to influence both where we are going and how we get there. What will you do? As Engineering Manager, you will lead and develop the Engineering team and take ownership of the site’s engineering and investment agenda. You will turn business needs into sustainable technical solutions and ensure that our projects deliver the right results in terms of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Sustainability. You will: 🔹 Lead major CAPEX and investment projects, from idea and business case to successful implementation 🔹 Shape the site’s long-term engineering, technology and investment roadmap 🔹 Drive automation, innovation, reliability and continuous improvement 🔹 Optimize equipment performance, capacity and asset utilization 🔹 Champion Safety, Quality and Sustainability in everything we do 🔹 Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Engineering team 🔹 Collaborate with local, regional and global stakeholders and experts 🔹 Bring new ideas, best practices and technologies into the factory 🔹 Help build the capabilities and technical talent we need for the future Who are we looking for? We believe you are a strong and curious leader with experience from Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations or complex Project Management. You know how to lead significant investment projects, but you also understand that great engineering is about much more than technology. It is about people, collaboration and turning bold ideas into sustainable results. You combine critical thinking with a hands-on mindset and enjoy working in an environment where priorities evolve, collaboration crosses organizational boundaries and there is real opportunity to make a difference.
