WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Design Manager within Retail Tech, you’ll lead and grow a team of digital product designers shaping the experiences that power everyday work across H&M stores globally. You’ll champion design quality and turn complex retail challenges into intuitive solutions that create meaningful impact for our colleagues, customers and business. Lead, coach and develop designers through clear feedback, individual growth plans and continuous learning. Ensure end-to-end experience quality across usability, accessibility, consistency and brand direction. Plan design capacity and allocate resources across areas and product teams to meet current and future needs. Improve collaboration, workflows and governance across design, product, engineering, operations and brand.…
