WHAT YOU’LL DO​ As an Area Manager you are responsible for driving Sales, deliver an Excellent Customer Experience and reaching the Sales and Profit goals and targets in Area South (21 stores), by setting a plan in line with the Sales Market. You drive the development of your teams, ensuring the right people, are in the right place, working with leadership development and structured performance management for your team based on results and values. You work in accordance with legal requirements and H&M standards, policies, and procedures to meet the expectations of customers and colleagues. On this journey we are all working together to create the best omni customer offer and experience for our customers and you will play a key role in making this happen.…
