In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained, while coordinating maintenance activities, facility projects, and external service providers. Is this your next opportunity About the position We at Perido are now looking for a Technical Property Manager to join our client's team, an exciting and forward-thinking company in the automotive industry. The position is based in Gothenburg. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate day-to-day property operations, including incidents, service requests, and inspections of facilities and outdoor areas to ensure safety, functionality, and regulatory compliance Plan, coordinate, and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, renovations, refurbishments, and facility upgrades Manage minor facility projects, office adaptations, relocations, and workplace improvements, including project scopes, schedules, budgets, resources, and follow-up to ensure delivery according to agreed requirements Coordinate external service providers and contractors across areas such as construction, electrical services, water systems, and cleaning, while monitoring service quality, delivery performance, and opportunities for improvement Participate in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) activities, safety inspections, audits, and compliance routines, and develop and follow up on cleaning plans and workplace standards Participate in property councils and contribute recommendations supporting long-term facility management and real estate strategies Coordinate facility administration, including property-related expenses, office services, parking allocation, and workplace support Evaluate property-related opportunities and investments, including cost-benefit analyses, to support business decisions Your characteristics To succeed in this role, you are structured, proactive, and solution-oriented, with the ability to coordinate several activities simultaneously and prioritize effectively. You have a technical understanding of property operations and enjoy taking responsibility for ensuring that facilities function efficiently. You are comfortable coordinating contractors and suppliers, following up on projects and budgets, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. With strong communication and organizational skills, you build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, while continuously looking for opportunities to improve processes and facility operations. Qualifications: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical property management Relevant education within Real Estate, Facility Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or similar disciplines Strong technical understanding of building systems, maintenance management, and facility operations Knowledge of project management methodologies and applicable regulatory requirements Experience working with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously and respond effectively to operational disruptions and emergencies A valid Category B driver's licence Proficiency in written and spoken Swedish and English Advantageous: Experience with SAP/SRM Contract type and hours Full-time consulting assignment until 2027-12-31, with the possibility of extension.
