WORK AT A SWEDISH VINEYARD Where: Kullabergs Vingård, Skåne, Sweden When: From early spring, seasonal or permanent depending on person What are we looking for: We are looking for a viticulturist to join our team. The job will be combined with work to manage and develop our vineyard club. The task will be for instance be part of pruning, shoot thinning, leaf removal, weeding and harvesting. In addition, you will lead and develop our work with the vineyard club, with a focus creating great relations to customers and ambassadors from a premium wine perspective. About you: We are looking for an energetic and motivated person who wants to work outdoors aswell with more administrative and hospitality tasks. You will be part of a young, international and dynamic team, while helping to build one of the world's most exciting new wine countries. We are looking for someone with: Experience in vineyard work Experience in restaurants and hospitality Experience in wine tourism A university degree in the subject Experience from international wine industry from different wine regions. About Kullabergs Vingård: We are one of the leading vineyards in Sweden's growing wine industry. We have 26 hectares planted with a range of PIWI grape varieties (fungus-resistant varieties), farmed using regenerative methods. We produce a wide range of wines, from sparkling and white to rosé and red. We have received several awards at wine competitions around the world, and recently won Swedish Wine Tasting, a major competition between Swedish and international wines. Our wine Immelen 2022 was served at the 2025 Nobel Banquet, the first time a Swedish wine has been served at the Nobel Banquet. Our wine tourism and wine club are central to us, with focus on relationships. We teach our guests about how our grapes are grown and how our wines are made. That turns visitors and members into ambassadors for our vineyard and helps us bring our prestige wines to a wider audience. We only accept applications to working@kullabergs.se
