We are now looking for a Project Manager Internal & External Logistics to play a key role in developing and optimizing logistics processes across our manufacturing and supply chain operations. As operations evolve and new capabilities are introduced, logistics plays a critical role in ensuring efficient material flow from inbound deliveries through production to outbound distribution. In this role, you will help develop and optimize internal logistics operations, including warehousing and picking, as well as external logistics processes such as consolidation and distribution. Working closely with operations, supply chain, and IT, you will contribute to both continuous improvements and long-term development initiatives. About the role As Project Manager Internal & External Logistics, you will drive logistics-related projects and process development within our MES (2020 insight) and on occasions SAP/4HANA. Acting as the link between business operations and system development, you will ensure that business needs are translated into efficient and scalable logistics solutions. The role combines project management, process development, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Your responsibilities Translate business needs into effective solutions within MES and SAP systems. Work closely with production teams to develop and implement efficient logistics flows. Lead and participate in cross-functional workshops to improve processes and ways of working. Provide second- and third-line support, working closely with support teams to troubleshoot issues and drive resolution. Drive change initiatives and help ensure new processes are successfully adopted across the organization. Contribute to the development of future system and process landscapes within logistics and supply chain Manage, coach, and support one direct report, ensuring clear priorities, development, and engagement. Location: Nobia Park, Jönköping, this is an onsite position Who you are To succeed in this role, you are a structured and collaborative professional who enjoys working at the intersection of business processes, technology, and operations. You are comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments and can balance strategic thinking, project delivery, and day-to-day operational support. You enjoy solving problems, making improvements, and creating solutions that have a real impact on business performance. You build strong relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders across different functions and levels of the organization. Most importantly, you are motivated by being part of a transformation journey where you can influence the future design and development of logistics processes. We believe you bring At least two years' experience within Logistics, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing environments. Understanding of logistics processes such as warehousing, material flow, picking, transportation, and distribution Experience with process design, system configuration, or solution development within manufacturing or supply chain environments. Experience working with SAP S/4HANA, preferably within Transport Management (TM), Warehouse Logistics, or related manufacturing systems. Experience leading projects, process improvements, or business development initiatives The ability to bridge business requirements and technical solutions Experience leading teams or coordinating cross-functional initiatives. Fluent in both Swedish and English.
