As an Operational Manager, Research and Operations, you will join the Research and Operations Scandinavia team and provide operational support across a range of research studies and medical research projects. You will manage studies from development through completion, ensuring they are delivered in accordance with negotiated contracts, approved budgets, agreed timelines, quality expectations, internal standard operating procedures, and applicable regulations. You will work closely with Study Leads, Medical Affairs, brand teams, affiliate researchers, healthcare professionals, vendors, and external partners to facilitate effective and compliant study processes.
