About the Role We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex automotive networking programs focused on Automotive Ethernet Switch Validation, Testing, Debugging, and Network Protocol Verification. The role involves managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams, coordinating customer engagements, driving delivery excellence, and ensuring successful execution of Ethernet-based vehicle network programs. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Layer-1, Layer-2, and Layer-3 networking, Automotive Ethernet architectures, switch validation, and system integration, combined with strong program and stakeholder management experience. Key Responsibilities Program Management Lead end-to-end execution of Automotive Ethernet programs from requirement analysis to production release. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risk, and resource planning. Interface with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and global engineering teams. Drive project governance, status reporting, milestone tracking, and customer reviews. Ensure compliance with ASPICE, Functional Safety, and Automotive Quality standards. Manage multi-location engineering teams across Europe and offshore delivery centers. Technical Leadership Provide technical oversight for Automotive Ethernet Switch Testing and Validation programs. Define verification strategies for Ethernet communication networks within vehicle architectures. Guide teams in debugging and root-cause analysis of complex network issues. Review network architectures, validation plans, test cases, and automation strategies. Drive system-level integration testing and performance validation. Build high-performance validation teams. Drive innovation and automation initiatives. Collaborate with global stakeholders and customer leadership teams. Support business growth through solutioning, estimations, and technical proposals. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field. 15-22 years of experience in Automotive Embedded Systems, Networking, or Ethernet Validation. Minimum 5+ years of Program Management experience leading global automotive programs. Proven experience working with Automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers. Strong customer-facing and delivery management skills. Preferred Experience Volvo Cars, Volvo Group, Polestar, Scania, Jaguar Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, or other Automotive OEM projects. ASPICE-compliant project delivery. Functional Safety awareness (ISO 26262). Automotive cybersecurity exposure. Experience with Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) architectures.
