Assignment Description We are looking for an experienced Comos Aries Software Delivery Project Manager What You Will Work On Plan, execute and deliver projects within the Comos Aries environment Manage project scope according to the Design Brief Ensure alignment between stakeholder requirements and system integration needs Manage requirements changes and change control Develop and monitor project budgets and cost controls Create project schedules, milestones and dependency plans Allocate and manage internal and external resources Coordinate technical and functional teams Identify, assess and mitigate project risks Maintain and communicate the project risk register Manage external vendors and stakeholders Lead cross-functional project teams Facilitate Agile/Scrum activities including sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives Drive continuous improvement throughout the project Ensure successful delivery against project goals and timelines What You Bring Strong experience in Project Management / Software Delivery Experience managing cross-functional technical teams Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Experience with budget, timeline and resource management Strong risk assessment and mitigation experience Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies Familiarity with the Comos platform and engineering workflows Ability to manage internal teams and external vendors Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken Ability to work 100% onsite in Finspång
