We are looking for an experienced Office Manager who is structured, solution-oriented, and able to be in many places at once. You won't be fazed when things go wrong and need fixing right away, and you genuinely enjoy creating a workplace people love coming into. The Role As Office Manager at Hacksaw Studios you own the process from daily operations to long-term planning, ensuring the studio runs smoothly as we continue to grow. You'll work closely with management, external partners, and you will be responsible for our day-to-day work at the office. Your key responsibilities include: Own the office budget, vendor contracts and supplier relationships. Be responsible for our day-to-day tasks while staying close enough to catch issues before they become problems. Plan and drive the studio's office strategy, space planning, upgrades, and improvements. Take ownership of larger internal events and initiatives. Be a contact person for landlords, facilities, and service providers. Support management with administrative coordination and scheduling. What We're Looking For You bring: Experience in an Office Management role, ideally in a fast-growing or creative environment. A structured, organised approach. Can-do mindset and an energetic, positive attitude. Excellent communication skills. A calm head under pressure and the confidence to make decisions. Digital competence. Interest in event planning.
