The Finance Manager is responsible for driving financial planning, forecasting, and performance management across the business unit. The role partners closely with business leaders to support decision-making, optimize resource allocation, and ensure delivery of sustainable growth and productivity initiatives. This position reports to the Sr Director, Finance for Resins & Technologies and is part of the Finance organization located in Uppsala, Sweden. This is an on-site role. What you'll do: Business Unit Finance Processes Leadership Lead monthly forecasting, Annual Operating Plan and monthly closing processes; analyze revenue, margin, operating expenses and operating profit performance; deliver business reviews; drive forecast accuracy; support KPI development and performance analytics.…
