We are looking for a HIL/SIL Test Engineer in Södertälje! We are seeking a HIL/SIL Test Engineer with a background in embedded systems and experience in SIL/HIL testing environments. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality and functionality of advanced solutions through system-level testing on embedded platforms. WHAT DO WE OFFER? Your Responsibilities As a HIL/SIL Test Engineer, you will focus on system testing in embedded environments, primarily working with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing. Your role will involve developing and executing test cases, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the robustness of our systems. Conduct system testing on embedded platforms, with a focus on Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing. Work with tools such as Vision, INCA, Polarion, and ETAS. Develop and maintain test scripts and automated solutions, including Python (PyCharm). Handle calibration and multi-functional tools to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with the team to identify, analyze, and resolve technical challenges. Your Profile For this role, we see that you are curious, adaptable and autonomous, someone who can quickly get up to speed and work independently in a dynamic environment. Requirements: At least 3 years as a Test Engineer, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong knowledge of C/C++. Experience with SIL/HIL testing and embedded systems. Familiarity with tools like Vision, INCA, Polarion, ETAS, and other platform tools. Proficiency in Python for test automation.
