Integra Management AB is dedicated to empowering teams with the tools and knowledge needed to transform how projects are managed and delivered.Role Description We're looking for a Cost Controller to join us at Integra Management ABSome people see a budget as a spreadsheet. We're looking for someone who sees the story behind the numbers: where the money is going, why, and what that means for the weeks ahead.In this role you'll be the person the team turns to when they want to know how the project is really doing financially. You'll keep track of costs and forecasts, help the team understand what changes will actually cost, and turn complex data into reports and dashboards that people can act on. You'll work closely with planning, procurement and finance, so you'll be at the heart of how the project is run.What we think will help you succeed:Several years of experience in cost control, cost engineering or a similar role on larger projects. The industry matters less than the experience. A good understanding of budgets, forecasting and Earned Value Confidence in Excel and cost tools such as SAP, EcoSys or similar. Power BI experience is a bonus. Familiarity with different contract types and how they affect cost Good English and the ability to explain numbers clearly to people who aren't numbers people
