Company description: Ericsson AB Job description: Join our Team Join Ericsson's Microwave Design team in Gothenburg and become part of the development of next-generation wireless transport solutions.As a Microwave Design Engineer, you will contribute to the design of advanced RF and microwave circuits used in Ericsson's MINI-LINK product portfolio. You will work with technologies ranging from microwave integrated circuits and power amplifiers to complete analog front-end solutions for future radio platforms.Our team combines deep technical expertise with a collaborative and supportive atmosphere where learning, innovation, and knowledge sharing are part of everyday work. What you will do Design RF and microwave circuits such as power amplifiers, LNAs, filters, switches and matching networks. Simulate, analyse and optimize microwave designs using industry-standard tools. Perform laboratory measurements and verification of prototypes and products. Participate in the full development cycle from concept and requirements to verification and release. Collaborate with component suppliers, research organizations and internal development teams. Support technical investigations and feasibility studies for future technology development. Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement within the microwave domain. The skills you bring MSc degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics or equivalent.Knowledge of RF and microwave engineering. Experience with simulation tools such as ADS, AWR, HFSS, CST or equivalent. Understanding of RF measurements and laboratory equipment.Interest in analog, microwave or high-frequency circuit design. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively in an agile team environment. Good communication skills in English. Why join Ericsson?
