We're looking for an Analytics Engineer to join our Analytics Engineering team within Data & Insights. You'd be one of 6 Analytics Engineers in a department that also includes Data Engineers, Data Scientists and Data Analysts. Your mission: turn raw information into data products the whole company can trust and act on. That work shapes how we grow, innovate and enhance our services. We would love it if you feel excited about at least some of these statements: Designing and building elegant data structures in BigQuery. Ensuring data is accurate and reliable. Empowering others by making data accessible and understandable for everyone. Enjoying reaching out across teams to understand how the business works without waiting for requirements to arrive. Working out where AI genuinely helps in how data and insights are built and consumed and where it doesn't. This is you You're an empathetic problem solver who likes bringing ideas to the table and working in a way that makes team life easier. We believe most of these describe you: Have 3+ years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, BI Developer, Data Analyst or Data Engineer. We care more about the depth of that experience than the exact count. Skilled in designing and building data warehouses and analytics platforms. Strong SQL and hands-on experience with a modern transformation framework (dbt in our case) plus the engineering habits that come with it: version control, code review, testing. A clear communicator who enjoys translating complex tech concepts into plain language for business stakeholders and vice versa. Experience with a Business Intelligence tool (we use Looker). Use AI coding assistants in your day-to-day work with a feel for when to trust their output. What we offer A front-row seat to how AI is reshaping product development - and the chance to impact it.
