Your role As a Customer Support Engineer at Saab, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. You will work closely with our design department, acting as the bridge between our customers and our technical experts. Responsibilities: Act as first-line support for customers, gathering all necessary information to create clear and comprehensive cases for our second-line support team. Provide post-installation support to ensure our customers' systems are running smoothly. Utilize the Saab Customer Support Portal to provide solutions and follow-up on customer-initiated support cases. Ask the right questions and gather all relevant information to facilitate effective problem-solving. Qualifications: Recent graduate with a university degree within relevant area. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Enthusiasm for a career in customer support and a desire to grow with Saab. This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection.
