ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for an NPI Engineer to take Neko's electronics from a stable design into volume production. You'll sit between the design team in Stockholm and our contract manufacturer, and you'll own the work that makes a board buildable and testable at volume. That means the test fixtures the factory runs, the DFM and DFT changes that go back into the design while there's still time to act on them, and the yield and process work once a line is up. When a build throws a problem, you're the person who works out whether it's the design, the process or the test, and then closes it. We're at the point where the manufacturing decisions being made now will shape how the next few products get built, so there's a lot of ground to claim.…
