Assignment Description We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer with a strong backend focus What You Will Work On Develop and operate scalable backend services using Java Build integration services and APIs Develop routing services connecting customer support systems Work with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Design distributed and scalable platform services Build capabilities supporting AI-driven and human-assisted customer interactions Contribute to a standardized customer data model Work with React and TypeScript/JavaScript Develop applications using Next.js Work with SSR, SSG, routing and data-fetching patterns Ensure production-grade performance, security and observability Implement automated testing and integration testing Collaborate with product, engineering and data teams Contribute to technical architecture and platform decisions Take ownership and drive solutions independently What You Bring Strong experience developing backend applications with Java Hands-on experience with GCP Strong experience with system integrations, APIs and distributed systems Strong understanding of service-to-service communication Experience with React Experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript Experience with Next.js Understanding of SSR, SSG, routing and data-fetching patterns Experience building production-grade applications Strong understanding of performance, security and observability Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest Experience with React Testing Library Experience with integration and component testing Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Comfortable working with ambiguity and changing requirements
