TL;DR We're looking for an exceptional AI Software Engineer to build the AI-powered People systems that help Lovable scale. As Lovable grows, we're rethinking how work gets done. Rather than relying on traditional HR software, we're building AI-native products that transform hiring, onboarding, workforce planning, identity, compliance, and other core People workflows.
