As a Support Center Analyst, you will work directly with Norwegian-speaking customers and collaborate with internal teams to deliver an outstanding service experience. Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for Norwegian-speaking clients, managing inquiries through phone, email, and chat. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve various technical issues and product-related questions to ensure customer satisfaction.
