About the Role As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating, quality assurance, and oversight of the payroll process for multiple Nordic companies within EF Education First. Payroll production is outsourced to external payroll providers (ADP), meaning this role acts as the interface between operations, HR, Finance, and the payroll provider. You will have overall responsibility for ensuring that accurate information is reported, that the payroll provider receives correct data, and that payroll processing, pension administration, and tax/regulatory reporting are executed correctly and on schedule.
