We are seeking an analytical and proactive Analyst to support our client across multiple workstreams. Join a fast-paced, ambitious environment with varied tasks. About the role In this role, your primary focus will be on hands-on project management, ensuring clear communication regarding project schedules and structures across various teams. You will analyze vast datasets and additionally, you will play an active role for an external project tool, taking strong ownership of system processes. This is an exceptionally dynamic and flexible position, where responsibilities might expand as the project progresses. This is a fixed-term role until the end of June 2027. Work tasks Driving overall project progress, tracking timelines and communicating structures across teams Analyzing large transactional datasets Taking ownership of system processes and data management Adapting flexibly to shifting project priorities and taking on new responsibilities when needed We are looking for 2-3 years of experience in consulting, MBB preferred, or Private Equity or Venture Capital analyst roles, or Business Controller / Financial Controller roles Problem solving and logical analyses skills, experience in structuring and breaking down complex business issues Suitable educational background Fluent English Excellent MS Office skills (especially advanced Excel) We are looking for an outgoing, self-driven, and adaptable person who thrives in a constantly changing environment. You possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong decision-making capabilities, and high resilience under pressure. A flexible mindset and a proactive approach to work are key to succeeding in this role.
