THE ROLE This role is at the heart of building and running the HR platform that powers Legora's global People operations. You'll join at a pivotal moment for the company, bringing hands-on expertise to help us get the foundations right as we scale. You'll work closely with external partners and internal teams to design, configure, test and release a platform that supports our growing global workforce. You'll make sure it stays reliable, secure and continuously improving as the business grows. This is a hands-on role for someone who has built and run an enterprise HRIS and knows what it takes to make a platform work in practice, not just on paper.…
