Senior Business Analyst / IT Delivery Stream Lead

About the Role You will step into a large HR transformation in a global automotive environment where IT delivery, migration, and business change need to move in sync. In this role, you will lead the IT Delivery & Migration stream from planning into execution and make sure integrations, testing, data migration, implementation, and go-live readiness come together in a structured way. You will work across business stakeholders, IT teams, global teams, vendors, and parallel project streams. The role combines stream leadership with business analysis, which means you will both drive delivery and contribute to investigations, requirements work, process analysis, and improvement initiatives. Job DescriptionYou will lead and coordinate the IT Delivery & Migration stream across planning, execution, and follow-up. You will drive integrations, testing, data migration, and system implementation activities forward. You will coordinate cutover, go-live, and transition to support to ensure a smooth handover. You will bring together business, IT, vendors, and project teams and create structure across parallel initiatives. You will manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations and keep momentum in the program. You will secure traceability across requirements, testing, and delivery. You will maintain project documentation and reporting. You will also contribute to business analysis assignments such as investigations, assessments, requirements analysis, business process analysis, and strategic or operational improvement work. Requirements5+ years in roles such as Senior Business Analyst, IT Delivery Lead, Migration Lead, or System Analyst Experience leading complex IT implementations or transformation programs Experience coordinating integrations and migrations Strong test management and delivery coordination experience Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders Strong skills in business analysis and requirements management Experience with data migration and data quality Experience with cutover and go-live planning Experience with vendor and supplier coordination Fluent in Swedish and English Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or related field Nice to haveExperience with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Aditro, or similar HR platforms Experience from HR or ERP transformation programs Experience with payroll systems and payroll parallel testing Experience with cutover and go-live management Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CBAP, SAFe, Scrum, or ISTQB What We OfferPermanent employment at Avaron AB Occupational pension Wellness allowance of SEK 5,000 per year Application Selections are made on an ongoing basis – apply as soon as you can.
