About this job
We are looking for a UX Designer and Business Analyst (level 4) to support the design and usability evaluation of a metadata editor and its integration into a broader digital service, as part of a strategic proof-of-concept initiative. The assignment covers user-centered design, hands-on usability testing with real end users, and ensuring the solution meets strict digital accessibility standards. You will own the UX workstream end-to-end - design, testing methodology, accessibility validation, and delivery of decision support materials for the final technology recommendation - within a standards-driven, quality-critical environment.
