Job DescriptionYou will drive complex and specialized functional analysis within your area of expertise. You will contribute to projects and challenges that require independent thinking and a structured way of working. You will challenge traditional solutions and help identify more effective approaches when needed. You will apply established standards and ensure that your work aligns with the wider organizational context. You will collaborate across related disciplines to support well-grounded functional decisions. You will share your knowledge and coach other professionals in your area. RequirementsDeep knowledge within a specific functional area. Experience working with complex or specialized assignments. Ability to work independently and take ownership of your work. Strong understanding of related disciplines and how they interact across an organization. Experience applying established standards in a structured way. Ability to guide, instruct, or coach other professionals.
