Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical delivery across complex projects. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into clear functional and technical specifications, support data-driven decision-making, coordinate delivery, conduct functional testing, and proactively manage risks and project challenges. The ideal candidate is highly organised, analytical, and communicative, with at least five years of relevant experience and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping stakeholders aligned. Responsibilities: · Partner with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into practical technical solutions; · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design functional and technical specifications tailored to business needs; · Conduct functional testing to verify the performance and reliability of implemented solutions; · Utilize database tools to perform analysis and support data-driven decision-making; · Oversee project tasks and monitor progress to ensure deadlines and objectives are met; · Identify and resolve project challenges, acting as a mediator to streamline workflows; · Communicate updates on scope changes or timelines to stakeholders and ensure proper documentation; · Develop and implement strategies to manage risks and establish contingency plans to address potential issues Requirements: · Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or related roles; · Demonstrated ability to analyze and create functional and technical system specifications based on business requirements; · Hands-on experience conducting functional tests to validate solutions; · Proficiency in using databases for queries and analytical purposes; · Strong experience in project coordination, including task tracking across diverse teams; · Proven ability to identify and address project obstacles, ensuring seamless execution; · Expertise in risk management and contingency planning to mitigate project challenges; · Competent in preparing progress reports and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders; · Ability to interpret user requirements and convert them into actionable technical deliverables; · Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously; · Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken) at a B2 level or higher Öppen för alla Vi fokuserar på din kompetens, inte dina övriga förutsättningar.
