Assignment Description We are looking for a Business Analyst What You Will Work On Capture and analyze business requirements Translate business needs into technical and functional requirements Break down requirements into Epics, Features and User Stories Support the Product Owner with backlog prioritization Facilitate backlog refinement Ensure requirements are clear, aligned and ready for development Conduct workshops with business stakeholders Perform process mapping and analysis Collaborate closely with Product Owners and development teams Communicate requirements and solutions to both business and technical audiences Contribute to AI-assisted development practices Help improve development processes and ways of working Support increased delivery capacity and shorter lead times What You Bring Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Requirements Analyst Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban Experience working closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners and developers Strong experience in requirements management Experience conducting workshops Experience with process mapping Experience with Jira or similar tools Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to translate complex requirements into clear solutions Experience working with AI in software development Ability to inspire others to adopt AI-supported ways of working Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Structured and self-driven working style Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken
