We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist for a company in Nyköping. Start is November 9th, 8 months limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% onsite in Nyköping. About the Assignment We are looking for an experienced Order Management Specialist / Customer Support Specialist for a consulting assignment within a large international industrial and technology organization in Nyköping. In this role, you will provide internal customer support and take ownership of customer-related cases throughout the order and logistics process. You will work in close collaboration with several internal functions to ensure efficient case handling, smooth order flows and a high level of customer satisfaction. The position is initially on-site in Nyköping 100%, with the possibility of a hybrid setup at a later stage. Your Responsibilities In this role, you will: Provide support related to orders, deliveries, payments and other customer-related matters Manage and follow up orders and cases throughout the process Work with SAP and logistics flows Coordinate customer cases with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management and other relevant functions Ensure ownership of cases from initial request through resolution Coordinate with After-Sales Service and Spare Parts when required Identify and resolve issues that may affect deliveries or customer satisfaction Work with Microsoft 365 as part of your daily activities Requirements To be successful in this assignment, we believe that you have: Previous experience in customer support, order management or a similar role Experience working with SAP Good understanding of order and logistics flows Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to take ownership of cases and independently drive them toward resolution Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who is structured, service-minded and solution-oriented. You enjoy working in a coordinating role with several internal stakeholders and are comfortable taking responsibility for ensuring that customer matters are handled efficiently and professionally. You have a collaborative approach, communicate clearly and are motivated by providing high-quality support and creating smooth processes for both customers and internal teams. This role requires fluency in Swedish and English. This is a full-time consultant position in Gothenburg through Incluso. Start is November 9th, 8 months limited contract to begin with.
