Our client is currently looking for Swedish-Speaking Customer Service Agents to provide excellent customer care via chat and email, working remotely from anywhere within Greece! In this opportunity, you will have the chance to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive overall experience. You'll be part of a dynamic, international team that values communication, empathy, and problem-solving. Responsibilities Manage incoming chat and emails. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. Build relations of trust through open and interactive communication. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Requirements Fluency in Swedish (C1 - C2) Very good command of English (B2 - C1) Good MS Office skills. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
