Vi söker en kinesisk kock! Vi söker en engagerad och kunnig kock med goda kunskaper inom det kinesiska köket. Kvalifikationer och krav: Goda kunskaper i att laga traditionella kinesiska maträtter. God förståelse för kinesisk matkultur och mattraditioner. Kunskap om korrekt livsmedelshantering, inklusive förvaring, förberedelse och tillagning av råvaror. Kunskaper i kinesiska språket är ett krav. Meriterande: Tidigare erfarenhet av att arbeta med kinesisk och annan asiatisk matlagning. Vi söker dig som är noggrann, ansvarstagande och har ett genuint intresse för kinesisk matlagning och matkultur.
