Application Consultant to our Customer Success team

Do you want to work closely with customers in the fitness industry and help them maximize the value of our market-leading business management platform? We are currently looking for several Application Consultants to join BRP Systems at one of our offices in Sweden (Linköping) or Norway (Asker). We welcome different profiles – perhaps you have a strong technical background and enjoy system configuration and problem-solving, or maybe you’re motivated by leading customers through larger implementation projects in a project management role. Regardless of your focus, you will become part of our international Customer Success team, working alongside colleagues in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland. About the Role As an Application Consultant, you will work closely with both new and existing customers to ensure they achieve the greatest possible business value from our solutions. Your responsibilities can include: Project management and/or delivery of onboarding and implementation projects System configuration, installation, and setup Advising customers on system design and business processes Analyzing customer requirements and translating them into effective solutions Implementing new features and managing system upgrades Working with integrations and third-party solutions Delivering training sessions for customers and colleagues Providing ongoing consulting services and handling change requests for existing customers As an Application Consultant, you will have the opportunity to focus on shorter consulting assignments, quickly helping customers with system changes, configuration, and advisory services. You might also manage larger implementation projects, acting as project manager and serving as the customer’s primary point of contact throughout the onboarding process. Both areas require a high level of professionalism, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. To succeed in this role, we believe you: Have experience working in a customer-facing, consultative role Learn and understand complex systems and business processes quickly Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills Communicate clearly and build trust with both customers and colleagues Take ownership of your assignments and drive them forward in a structured manner We would also like you to have: A bachelor’s degree in Economics, IT, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience Strong IT skills Fluency in English and in Swedish or Norwegian, both written and spoken Experience with software implementations, project management, ERP or business management systems, SaaS solutions, or system integrations is considered an advantage. However, we place great emphasis on your personality, motivation, and willingness to learn. Experience in the fitness industry, particularly in a role such as system administrator or similar, is highly valued.
