Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the architecture, design, governance, and delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing platform solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and ServiceNow best practices. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, business analysts, and enterprise architects to drive successful digital transformation initiatives on the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities Define and own the end-to-end architecture of ServiceNow platform solutions. Design scalable, maintainable, and secure ServiceNow implementations aligned with business objectives. Provide technical leadership across ServiceNow projects, enhancements, and platform upgrades. Govern platform design standards, development practices, and solution delivery processes. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution roadmaps. Lead architecture reviews and ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements. Drive CMDB strategy, data governance, and service mapping initiatives. Design and implement integrations with enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub. Guide development teams on best practices, performance optimization, and platform capabilities. Support ServiceNow platform modernization and continuous improvement initiatives. Evaluate new ServiceNow products, features, and capabilities to maximize business value. Mentor developers, administrators, and functional consultants within the ServiceNow ecosystem. Required Skills & Expertise ServiceNow Platform ServiceNow ITSM CMDB and Asset Management Flow Designer and IntegrationHub ServiceNow Platform Security and Governance Service Portal Service Catalog and Request Management Integration & Technical Skills REST APIs and SOAP Web Services JavaScript and ServiceNow Glide APIs Integration Architecture and Middleware Concepts SSO, LDAP, Azure AD, and Identity Management Integrations Data Modeling and Platform Configuration Architecture & Governance Enterprise Solution Architecture Platform Governance and Design Standards Security Architecture and Compliance Technical Documentation and Architecture Reviews Stakeholder Management and Strategic Planning Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of overall IT experience with significant hands-on experience in ServiceNow. 5+ years of experience designing and architecting ServiceNow solutions. Strong experience in large-scale ServiceNow implementation and transformation programs. Proven expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, Asset Management, and enterprise integrations. Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies. Preferred Certifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (preferred) ITIL Foundation Certification Key Competencies Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership Strategic Thinking and Problem Solving Stakeholder & Executive Communication Team Mentoring and Collaboration Governance and Risk Management Innovation and Continuous Improvement Experience: 12-15 Years Role Type: Full-Time Department: Service Management / Digital Transformation / Enterprise Platforms This position is ideal for a highly motivated ServiceNow professional who can combine technical architecture expertise with strategic business alignment to deliver robust, scalable, and future-ready ServiceNow solutions.
