Job Responsibilities You will be responsible for cleaning at approximately 10-15 of your own clients who have cleaning every week, every other week or every fourth week, helping them enjoy a simpler everyday life with a sparkling clean home. You will also be part of a fantastic team with many skilled colleagues, occasionally working together on deep or move-out cleans. Additionally, you will have support and regular contact with our teamleaders on the field and our highly dedicated coordinators at our head offices. We are looking for someone who: Has at least 2+ years of experience in home cleaning Takes pride in doing a great job and always gives 100% Sees this as a long-term position to grow with us Is responsible and meticulous Is reliable and loyal Has a positive attitude Is punctual and good at following instructions Can communicate in Swedish or English to a basic level Holds a valid work permit in Sweden What Rozen Clean offers: Individual salary setting with a starting salary at 150-160 SEK/hour Wellness allowance Tax-free travel allowance 12% holiday pay (paid out yearly on August 25th) Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period Fora-insurance with occupational pension Training in professional cleaning Friendly colleagues with good camaraderie and team spirit, with yearly team activities and conferences Transportation to clients by public transit or personal vehicle Working hours Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM or by agreement Rozen Clean AB is a rapidly growing, family-oriented cleaning company serving private and corporate clients in Stockholm, Uppsala, and Nyköping.
