Accounting Close Lead

About this job

TL;DR: We're looking for someone who has run a US GAAP close, sat across the table from Big 4 auditors, and wants to build a continuous close where AI does the routine work and people do the thinking. You'll own our month-end close and consolidation process across the US, Sweden and the UK, reporting to our Accounting Controller. You'll build a close designed for scale, with the structure and controls a much bigger company will need built in from the start rather than bolted on later.
