Accounting Lead

ROLE PURPOSE As accounting lead, you will take ownership of the accounting for a portfolio of group entities across Europe and the UK, including the intercompany and consolidation work that ties the group together. You will work closely with the wider finance team to keep the books accurate and audit-ready, act as a go-to resource for the accounting team, and contribute to the modernisation of how the finance function operates. This is not a people-management role — it is a senior, hands-on role with broad ownership and influence over how the team works.
