What you’ll get to do Own monthly and quarterly group reporting, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and key financial metrics across the Group. Coordinate accounting, financial reporting, audit, annual reporting, tax, and IFRS matters together with external accounting firms and advisors. Develop and maintain the Group’s internal control framework, ensuring robust financial processes as the organization scales. Drive continuous improvement of Finance systems, processes, and reporting infrastructure. Analyze business performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and develop decision-support tools and KPI frameworks for leadership and project teams. Support the Group’s international expansion and develop Finance and reporting requirements across jurisdictions. Take ownership of the day-to-day Finance function, acting as the central Finance point of contact across the organization and working closely with leadership, project teams, and external partners. Who you’ll get to work with The Business Controller sits in the Finance Team within Blykalla and reports to the CFO. We are a diverse team that is passionate about our work and Blykalla. There are, however, a few things that we think will help you succeed in this role; Degree in Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent. At least 5 years of experience in controlling, financial analysis, or business planning. Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial analysis, with the ability to independently drive processes from start to finish. Comfortable working across accounting, controlling, systems, and business partnering in a fast-moving organization. Proficient in Excel; experience with BI/ERP tools is a plus. Communicative and collaborative – you create clarity and trust across teams. Fluent in English; Swedish is a plus.
