Secure execution and follow up of the plans & initiatives defined during de Business Plan process. Keep the right and healthy stock levels at every wholesaler/distributor. ASPIRATIONAL LEADER Facilitate and provide support to his/her collaborator-s (direct reports) Support to define and follow up development goal-s of his/her collaborator-s. STRATEGY AND PLANNING Define and provide insights based in data for a long-term and ambitious distribution model in his/her area.
