🔍 Buscamos un/a Programmatic Specialist Junior con ganas de crecer en el ecosistema de medios digitales, especialmente en compra programática, activación de audiencias y optimización de campañas. La persona ideal tendrá una mentalidad analítica, orientación a resultados y curiosidad por entender cómo funcionan las plataformas AdTech y el rendimiento digital. Se valorará especialmente experiencia o conocimiento en afiliación / affiliate marketing, ya que trabajará de forma transversal con equipos de performance y partnerships. 🚀 Desafíos del puesto: Gestión y optimización de campañas programáticas en DSPs (DV360, TTD, Amazon DSP, Criteo, Taboola, Teads u otras). Monitorización diaria de KPIs: CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Attention, etc.…
