Job Ref ID: JR0087025 YOUR MISSION As a Learning & Development Specialist, your mission will be to own and continuously improve Glovo’s end-to-end Cultural and Functional Onboarding experience, ensuring every new joiner has a consistent, engaging and impactful start. You will also help execute Glovo’s global learning strategy, delivering scalable learning experiences across HQ and International markets and using data and automation to improve their impact. You will also contribute to a more inclusive learning experience by supporting DIB initiatives and programmes.
