Core missions in the HRBP perimeter: Strategic Business Partnering & Coaching Acts as a daily coach and advisor to managers on all HR aspects, ensuring they effectively lead their teams. Contributes to site results by aligning HR strategy with business goals and participating in production planning (PDP). Leads reflections on organizational evolution, job grading, and structural changes. Talent Management & Development Manages the full talent acquisition lifecycle, including campus management, employer branding, and onboarding. Identifies individual and collective training needs, manages budgets, and coordinates with internal/external learning stakeholders. Coordinates talent development tools, annual appraisals, and career pathing.…
