En la unidad de MSS SUPPORT de Telefónica Tech se presta servicios como: Gestión y resolución de incidentes de seguridad. Revisión de plataformas de seguridad para identificar de forma proactiva las amenazas y errores de configuración. Soporte a otros grupos operativos del SOC. Procesos de actualización y mejoras de plataformas de seguridad. Realización de auditorías, mantenimientos preventivos y procesos de mejora de las plataformas de seguridad. Provisión de infraestructuras y servicios (coordinado con cliente y proveedores). Generación, revisión y presentación de informes a clientes.
