About this job
Dentro del departamento comercial, dará soporte a la parte técnico-administrativa de gestión de la actividad comercial, gestión de proyectos, envío de resultados e informes, gestión de software internos, pedidos de clientes, control de la documentación interna. Es necesario tener conocimientos químicos para gestionar algunos de los estudios, a nivel de asesoramiento al cliente y control y gestión de la totalidad del servicio. Trato diario con los laboratorios del grupo para la gestión integra de las solicitudes de los clientes, atención técnica, asesoramiento, resolución de incidencias técnicas, revisión de resultados e informes. Se requiere el inglés porque gran parte de la comunicación interna y externa es en inglés.…
