Abakus School is an international educational project dedicated to developing intelligence and mathematical thinking in children aged 4.5 and older. Operating since 2015, we are present in educational centers and schools across 25 countries, as well as online worldwide. We are currently seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead, develop, and oversee both our international and Russian-speaking sales departments. Key Objectives Build a systematic, scalable, "turnkey" sales department. Establish a sustainable sales ecosystem (processes, metrics, standards). Enhance the team's product expertise. Minimize operational errors and improve the quality of client agreements. Foster seamless cross-departmental collaboration.
