We are looking for a Commercial Process Manager​ to join our team. Role purpose: The Commercial Process Manager will define how commercial processes, data and GTM systems should work. Working across Revenue Operations, the business and Technology, the role will turn business needs into clear, scalable designs that can be delivered by Technology and external partners. Key responsibilities: Assess current-state commercial processes, data and systems across divisions Define and standardise target-state processes and essential commercial data structures, including account, opportunity and forecast hierarchies Clarify systems of record, data ownership, handoffs and business rules Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and implementation-ready…
