Director of Sales - Franchise

About this job

As Director of Sales, you will be responsible for developing, leading and executing the hotel's proactive commercial strategy to maximize revenue, market share, profitability and customer loyalty. You will proactively position the hotel within the marketplace, identify new business opportunities, strengthen existing client relationships and ensure alignment with Hilton commercial standards and objectives. The Director of Sales leads all proactive sales activities, manages the proactive sales team, develops strategic account plans and collaborates closely with the Director of Revenue Strategy, Marketing Manager, Events department, Reservations department and Operational departments to achieve budgeted revenues, increase RevPAR performance and drive market share growth for Corporate, MICE…
