We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to lead a small Denmark-focused Sales & Collections team for an international bank based in Malta. This is a hands-on leadership role combining people management, sales performance, customer experience and collections – ideal for someone who enjoys coaching people while also working closely with targets, KPIs and operational performance.
