THE ROLE France is a key growth market for Perk, and we’re looking for a Senior Sales Leader to take it to the next level. You’ll lead a team of 15–20 Sales Executives across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise, alongside 1–2 Team Leads or player-coaches, reporting to the Regional VP. Your role will be to build a strong, repeatable sales approach for France, shaping the go-to-market plan, refining the ICP, improving pipeline conversion, and helping the team win consistently. This is not just about executing an existing strategy. We’re looking for someone who knows the French market deeply and can help define how we grow and win there.
