1. Desarrollar y ejecutar la estrategia comercial del hotel para alcanzar y superar los objetivos de ventas, presupuesto y Business Plan. 2. Gestionar, fidelizar y desarrollar la cartera de clientes (Corporate, MICE, TTOO y cuentas locales), identificando nuevas oportunidades de negocio. 3. Negociar y formalizar acuerdos comerciales, contratos, RFPs y propuestas de negocio, asegurando su correcta implementación y seguimiento. 4. Realizar prospección de mercado y captación de nuevas cuentas, ampliando la presencia del hotel en segmentos y mercados estratégicos. 5.
