Job Description: An opportunity for Sales Air Power Assistant has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe. Responsibilities Manage calendars and email inboxes, prioritizing tasks and gathering information to support decision-making for the Manager and the team when required; provide administrative support to the Manager and team. Anticipate and identify needs whenever possible; organize meetings and planning activities; coordinate with other assistants, stakeholders, and functions. Manage meeting minutes (MoM), including follow-up communications and action tracking, and maintain distribution lists up to date. Manage logistics for events, weblives, and other team activities.
